Other Router problems

My exede internet was working fine with both my home computer, exede modem and linksys routers throughout the house. One day the home computer and exede modem still worked but the ports on the back of the exede modem for the linksys routers stopped providing internet. Just would like to know what happened or what the problem could be

Jeff,

To clarify, there were no changes, but the port on the back of the modem stopped functioning?  

Does the modem you have, have multiple ports?  If so, have you tried another?
Have you tried rebooting the modem?
Have you tried swapping the Ethernet cable?
Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps?  

I ask these questions because Care will ask when you call them.  Best to have the answers before calling!  If it is an issue with the modem, you'll have to get a tech out to swap the hardware.  Once you've done the above steps, call Customer Care at 855-463-9333.
