I'm very sorry for even getting this service will not recommend to anyone trying to close my account only a couple days old going with another company instead, Slow speeds very expensive rates 149.99 for 30gb for the Month Really? ????? Does not even honor or have good consumer relations just wants YOUR MONEY seems to be highway robbery. Also posting things on here gets deleted to they don't want you to know their methods !!!!!!!

Sorry... Many of us are in the same boat. Having to keep this awful service for 2 years, so it is now just our backup internet provider. Had to get another service that actually worked.

This service is not reliable.  Am in the process to use another provider.  Excede is stealing money from us.  You do not get the service you are paying for.  Will NEVER recommend this headache to anyone.

Got me wondering, too.  The two nationwide satellite ISPs are fairly similar.  The grass isn't always greener.

We had one that wasn't too bad called Rise Broadband, but we switched to Century link much better pricing

LOL, we have Centurylink DSL and everyone in our neighborhood is jumping to satellite because we are in "permanent bandwidth exhaust" (which means they can't deliver their promised 1.2 Mbps speed, and have *NO* plans to fix it).

Good luck we are very rural so we have slim pickings here and had the worst experience with Exede
