I am having the same issues. Have tested with 3 different places and am running at about 2.7 download speed. This has been going on for a while now and yes I have already sent info to exedelistens.
If it is a gateway or beam issue, can't you just tell us?

I can tell you.. they won't tell you this but that is what happens when there's congestion, they told me I'd never have slower than 8 mg .. I told them it was written on they're website which I confirmed before making the statement. Within an hour of telling them this it disappears off their site.

I would be almost be happy with 8! I was told they ran a test on my modem and got a 14. Tonight I have 1.3. Guess it works for them but not for me.
I just want what I am paying for.

Dennis, how are you testing your speed. Best test for satellite is testmy.net. Testing speed by connecting your computer directly to the modem using an Ethernet cable will give the best result, eliminating any lags or slowdowns caused by your wireless router.

If you are still getting low speeds, send an email  to exedelistens@viasat.com and have the moderators take a look at your connection remotely. Be sure to include your  account  number and a phone number. Do not post them here as this is a public forum.

I am having the same problem, I am getting less the 3 MBPS. tried 3 different times, I am paying for 12MBPS.
I cannot even watch a HD movie without it stopping to buffer.
