Sorry but that's the life of satellite internet is you have to be mindful of your usage and can't go crazy watching videos or downloading. Things might loosen up a little next year when the new sat is launched but only time will tell.

Nothing going to change with the new Satellite, I'll bet on that as they will overload it and the same problems will exist and the same canned explanations will be given.

It not that this one is overloaded its that times have changed and everyone wants everything on demand and more and more people are watching hulu or Netflix series and every year more and more stuff is going online only. Even dish and directtv have a ton of features that use your internet even though your watching live TV. Example being able to rewind a show back to the beginning if missed the start or anything on demand then you have smart TV's and bluray players that use data as well for all their web apps. Same with Xbox PlayStation and apple TV boxes they all connect to your network and all use data.

Well at least on satellite internet you do get online. At least most of time. Some of the other broadband internet that has unlimited data get so congested you can't even get online.
