Not Happy with service options

I was using the service about a month ago and i had to let it go. Then i got it back and now they do not offer Evolution Plan in my area. I had that plan for over a year and its just gone now. This sucks and from what i can tell is, all the good plans are only in Florida. Looks like Exede is up to the same crap as wild-blue overselling and taking current customers user features. Because they oversold the beams...

Bradley, I'm glad to hear you're back on Exede. Sorry you were unable to get your previous plan, but when you disconnect and reconnect, you have to choose from the plans available at that time. We've made a lot of movement with plans this year and are always working to improve our offerings. Stay tuned!

Ok well then answer me this...How will you not offer me the Evolution Plan anymore in my area, but i contacted another service provider that sales Exede Service and they said i can get the plan through them, they offer it guaranteed. Same state and same beam, but i cant and a re-seller can.

I guess i found my own answer since this is what allot of your dealers are offering. Here is a copy strait from their sites and notice the virtually unlimited clause. Thats crappy, in my option

Bradley, if dealers have something available to them, it is also available to you. That page may be in need of an update or that dealer may service multiple beams. i think i will just play the gamble and see if he can give me the package. I was told by a exede rep last night on the phone, i could move to a different provider of your service and have the early term fees waved. Their is no clarification to give. i put in my zip and says not available only classic plans  and he is 30 miles from my house and says he can offer it. verified by his exede rep.

Well just as a update...I hate to tell you that u were wrong about your previous statement and need to figure out your own system. I did what i said i was going to do. I used a local reseller and they got me a plan you said was not offered and i could not get..I am now on the evolution plan..Just like your resellers said they could do. I personally thinks its crappy, that u let that happen. No respect for long time users.

They let their resellers do the over sale so they "main company" won't get the flak... they "main company" can get reps on here say that it was the resellers that over sold the beam and not them. I do think that exede is going to wrangle in the resellers as well as them selves and stop the over selling of beams. That one thing would really make exede a far better company/service and give their customers a far better product.
