Customer service is horrible! Charged me threw my debet card with out me knowing 299.50 early disconnect fee due to them not being able to get service too my home without charging me for a service call! That would have been 95.00! Then to fond out they don't know why I was going to be charged that service was supposed to be free the first 3 months! Then they say is all because of the third party they sent out to put in the service! Really sucks that they have crap service in this day and age of social media because I'm telling everybody and contacting my state attorney to get my money back! DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE DIO YOU'RE HOMEWORK AND SEE HOW BAD THIS PLACE REALLY IS!

I was a customer for 6 years cuz had no other option. I totally agree. Don't know how Excede stays in business. Nine of ten comments are negative. Data disappears then they overcharge and blame the customer!

WOW!! That is amazing!!!  Negative comments on a help forum for people with problems?  I'm totally shocked.  What  the heck is going on?  Shouldn't they be saying how everything is perfect on this problem solving forum?  Come on people.  Stop complaining on this complaint forum.  Sheeesh!

Yes, there is an early termination fee if you cancel service before the end of the 24 month contract you sign when you get the service, that is stated in the contract. 95.00 is the normal service fee to have a technician come to your home for any reason. Easy Care is available to allow you to pay a small monthly fee each month rather than pay the service fee all at once.
