No Service

My name is Don Walker and I am not one of your happy customers. My account is under my phone number (phone number removed) . I have had to contact your customer services department what seems like on a monthly basis to try and get the services that was expected from your company. i have spent numerous hours on the phone with your technicians trying to figure out why I can't seem to get more that 1 MBPS download speed to my PC. When they have exhausted their abilities then they would tell me that they would need to contact some additional resources and get back to me. This has never happened. All I could do is call them again and again and nothing better. They even told me that there were some new plans coming out that would be faster. I ended up going to the Silver Plan which should have doubled my download capability, to no avail. All I did was make matter worse for me because now I'm being charged more money and still getting less service. I am completely through with your company. I want to be credited back for this last month's service and I want to dissolve any further service ( or lack of) from your company. You have no idea as to how frustrated I have been with your company's behavior over this and the lack of service that I have received. The last ticket number that I have opened is #25064183. I spoke with Miss Cheri. She has probably been the nicest of all the customer service folks I have encountered and I believe she does understand where I am with this and why. She should have that documented, as well. Therefore, I do not want to continue on with your services and am requesting for my last payment to be refunded due to the lack of any service that I have received from your company. You will also have to call customer service to cancel your service, then return the modem and tria.

Out of curiosity, what part of the country do you live? That could very well have something to do with the poor speeds you have experienced.
