No phone service

We updated our plan to the new unlimited plan and we cannot get the phone service activated. Activation page will not let us sign in. We have used our account number and last name as requested. Nothing works. Internet works fine, including Wi Fi. Cell phone does not work where we live. Cannot call for help. Excede voice service is all we have up here. What do we do now? Thanks Chuck Walker

I had the same problem. I called in and was given a different customer number to try. It didn’t work either. The agent was at a loss really for what to do. I just cancelled my phone service. I use WiFi assist calling and Bluetooth to my handsets. It works without a cell signal. Wish I could be of more help, but I think there was definitely something wrong with how login credentials are set currently.

I'm guessing it actually means your VOICE account number, which is your Exede Voice Phone Number. Try that.

If that doesn't work, send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com so that they can look into the problem and, get it fixed.
