No internet for week and a half... thought it was cloudy rainy weather but today was a clear blue sky.

Modem's lights blinking and cycling from third to second. Think I seen the fourth one blink sometimes...

Tried holding what I think was the reset button on the back. Also unplugging and plugging back in.

Alternately if you have a good working relationship with your local installer, he/she may also be able to provide some remote assistance.

As far as DIY actions, you might want to power off everything and then check all of your coaxial connections to ensure they're both tight and waterproof.

if possible switch to att unlimited data faster speeds and land line at less than half the price

They are sending a technician my sattelite is somehow aimed incorrectly. Thanks everyone for replies.
