No internet connection

I am not able to connect to the satelite today. Modem is not picking up the signal even after I reset the modem.
I need to talk to someone. How do I do that?

We do have a outage currently Paul. We do not have a ETA of when everything will be back up but it is being worked on at the moment. Contacting us will only confirm that but so you have it in the future you can call us at 855-463-9333 or email
