Installer didn't show up

Why is it that you take the time to order exede service and you get a confirmation of your install date and time, plus you get an email every day telling you that your install date is coming. Then the day comes and nobody shows! So you make the call to see what's up and your told the install was never scheduled and you'll have to wait for another date? Service like this sucks

Friendly advice:  Make SURE that the installation is a good install--otherwise you will have problems with the service and NO One will care--not Exede or the company that did the install. IMHO, this is the number one reason for complaints with Exede - other than the capacity cap.LOL

It would help a lot if , when you complain about installation, service, etc., you would say what city and state you are in, and the name of the installer.

Exede did a great job getting an installer out here the next day. I'm all setup now and want to thank them for doing whatever they could to make things right!
