No connection

This was supposed to be resolved already, but it's not. EVERY time we try to get on ANY site, a page comes up and says this server cannot be found. It even does it when I'm trying to get on your site! My e-mail, Facebook, E-bay, it does not matter what it is. I'm tired of paying for something that we have such a hard time using!

Kim, you may have used up your monthly data allotment, and are in the very slow speed condition.

I was having the same problem. I unhook my wifi modem and it doesn't to it any more.

If you mean a router you added when you say wifi modem then that's not Exede's fault. I assume from what you're saying the sites work with your computer hooked directly to the Exede modem. I'd try doing a factory reset of your router and see it that fixes it, just remember if you do that you have to put your passwords in again. If that don't fix it, it's time for a new router.  If you don't do anything that requires a high end router there's a TP-Link router on Amazon for about $20 that worked fine for me with Exede.

I had a router that did just about that same thing, it wouldn't go to some web sites (why those sites ad not others I don't have a clue), but with the cable hooked directly to the Exede modem they worked fine. A reset didn't fix mine, I had to get a new router.

Are you using a router? 
A router can have a significant effect on the performance of your service. Since all devices in your home connect through the router, it can be the bottleneck that hampers your service -- especially if you have more than one user on your network simultaneously. To find out, connect your computer directly to your Exede modem, bypassing your router. If connection improves, your router could be faulty or misconfigured.
