I have a question and don't feel like calling in. But on the new wildblue email when I go to preference and change some things and then put save  I get this in upper right hand corner in rectangle box signature value is empty. It's required. What the heck is it and how do  I put signtaure in and where do I put signature in?

This appears to be a bug in the Zimbra software. Even if I try to put a signature in under the Signature item, the same message comes up. Hopefully they will fix this, it is a pain in the you know what.

Hi Steve well  think I fixed it for now anyways. What I did was leave a message to me in the 3rd pane. Had my name on it and then did the PREFERENCE lists and hit save and that time it worked and settings were saved. Now don't know if when closed email if they stayed save and haven't been back to check. :-)

Works for me.  I know that doesn't help you, but maybe it is a work in progress.  I can make preference changes and save them.  I can put in a signature and edit it.  Everything I have tried produces a "Preferences Saved" message in the upper right hand corner when I press Save.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'll pass this over to our contacts with Zimbra to see if that bug can be worked out

If you guys are still having trouble with signatures could you please email me at exedelistens@viasat.com and just write ATTN: BRAD in the subject with your account information inside? We're trying to get a few examples. If you did already email could you let me know if/when that was done (still chipping away all of last week's that came through during our email migrations)
