Unhappy with cancelation

I have never dealt with such incompetencies!  Our service at the end of the month sucked!  So we decided on the 1st of April to go with another company.  Exede went up $5 on our bill, as if we weren't already paying enough.  We called on the 1st and cancelled.  We took out all equipment and had it ready for shipment.  We were told we'd get a refund by the 6th.  Today is the 13th and now we're being told Corporate denied our refund?  What the heck?  How can you charge us for something we are no longer getting?  REALLY?  Yes, I am telling you that is how they feel about their long term customers.  CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE #1 as your customers are who make your paychecks.  I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EXEDE/VIASAT/WILDBLUE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Tell me you wouldn't be angry because some incompetent somebody sent it to corporate the wrong way????????  NOT OUR FAULT

Read your Customer agreement which you signed when you got the service. You agreed to two years and to pay an Early Termination Fee if you canceled before the end of the first 24 months.

Like it or not, the bottom line is that you agreed to pay for 2 years of service whether you used it or not for the entire two years.

Well, ms bev, you see?????  We have been with you guys for 4, yes 4 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  that's well past our 24 month service agreement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not seen an email from you.  I have tried in every way to be nice about this!!!!!  Your company (not yourself) is pitiful with customer service

Hi Monica, I’m not sure why you have not received our email, it was delivered 4/13/2016. The email stated that we would process your refund and you should receive this within 3 to 5 business days back to payment method we have on file for you.

I cannot get anyone to contact me regarding my account that I have attempted to close since November 2015. We no longer have service as we don't live at the residence. I have not been able to reach a human person, i get hung up on, no customer service contacts are returned. However, the do have the competence to continue to draft my bank account monthly. It's robbery and I have contacted the BBB, as 22 emails to customer service and other departments have gone "unnoticed" 6 months now!!!
I couldn't be more pissed and I am not a person with a temper!! I will put this company on blast to anyone who will listen.

Did you call customer service, provide the information associated with your account and, work through the prompts to speak to a live person? The number is 855-463-9333.

I find it very odd that customer service would hang up on you unless you were sounding irate and rude or argumentative with them. Call, calmly explain the issue and follow the instructions to return the equipment. If you are unable to return the equipment, explain why to them and make other arrangements.

I wasn't rude at all, I never am. They would claim to be transferring me to another department or associate and then hang up. this happened 6 times in 2 days.
