my internet is not connecting properly I can not even run programs much less stream from my computer that's directly connected to modem sky clear not a cloud in the sky I need someone to come ASAP to check I work off of my home computer

I take that as a yes. Once you are out of priority data your internet can slow at times to the point it wont be usable.

Barry, if you can not "run programs" that implies your computer has issues that may need to be resolved before troubleshooting internet problems
