Need Help Ending Vacation Plan, Back to Data Plan

I tried to get this done via Exede phone support and was not able to do so.  In the past, I simply would call phone support, request to be taken off vacation plan and back to my data plan, and it would be done right there with no questions.

The phone rep I spoke with today asked what plan I wanted.  I responded the same plan before being put on vacation, just end the vacation suspend.  He claimed to not know what plan I was on prior to vacation and I must pick a plan.  This sounds to me me like it may be a contract or account change, which concerns me; so I didnt feel comfortable continuing with phone support handling this. 

How do I proceed with ending vacation, being put back to my plan I have had all along, and making sure there are no changes to my contract/account such as paid for life equipment lease?
