I need an application to identify my data flows thru an APPLE Time Capsule router.   I am burning thru an incredible amount of my 10Gb QUICKLY and I would like to identify the source and the IP addresses being communicated with.  I am only an OSX user.  Can anyone make  a suggestion?

The Apple Time Capsule router apparently does not support SNMP or UPnP.

I don't want to have to monitor each devise individually because I have iPhones and iPads being used in my LAN.  Therefore, I want to monitor the router.  If there is a way to monitor the Exede modem, I am ok with that IF i can do it from my side on a Mac.

Thanks.
