My speed isn't bad at all, the upload might not be where I usually get it to but over all, very very happy. Weather was a little tiny issue but never disconnected, so happy happy!!! Do tests off and on all day long, usually 40.'s so I'm happy with their speed, working for me!

Just been testing away and I'm doing pretty well for being in the country. I don't mean to be mean or tease others but I'm in the country and the sky they need to direct their dish to must be a very open area for it to see their satellite. So yes, I'm very happy that their internet works well for me, wish it worked as good for the rest of you.  Like I said before, I do also use a router, which I do believe has helped and I also do have the modem and router in the middle of my home! Good luck to the rest of you with issues, hope they get resolved.

Seeing as most of the speed posts are complaining about slow speed (since most people tend to get online and complain for poor service than those who get online to post praise), the speeds shown above just reinforce the unfairness for those individuals getting slow speeds.  They also are on satellite internet, (possibly) have the same plan, use the same equipment, etc., yet here are good speeds and they do not get the same.  I fully understand the (justified) anger those with slow speeds are expressing.  If it's due to congestion, etc., it is the fault of Viasat for over-populating those beams, etc.
Those customers with slow speeds aren't 'doing' anything to cause their speeds to be slow, yet they pay for exactly the same service Cindy does (no fault to Cindy), expecting the same quality of service that Cindy gets.  Others get it even worse, in certain locations, they have to pay more for the same service, etc.

I'm still waiting for Feb. when it's 'supposed' to all be better so I can get Viasat service as well.  I'm hoping that Viasat-2 evens things across the board.

I'm guessing but upper right hand corner, unfollow the ones you don't want to receive anymore blogs/emails from, just guessing I'm still new to this!
