My power light indicator on top of my Viasat only has the blue light but the two lines are not lit up. Should they be?

They all use to light up blue but the two lines have no blue lights.

Try unplugging it. Wait ten minutes and plug it back in. If that does not help call customer support. I hope this helps.

Let me share some history.  I did call customer support and they said the lights did not have anything to do with the speed.  I unplugged the modem and plugged it back in, after about an hour.  All lights came on and my speed is great.  Thanks for all the help.

My modem is on a timer and is rebooted every morning. It’s off for 30 minutes before turning back on. Rebooting has had no effect on the WiFi lights. They will not turn back on.

I have the same problem here. I have rebooted, and reset it to factory and still no light plus I can't always connect to the wifi being 5 foot away. There is not a way to turn them off and on that I know of. Maybe the led blew out hell I don't know. The modem is only 2 1/2 weeks old. Whats next?
