you never reset my 10 gig Data cap back down to 0 at the start of the billing cycle. there is no way i used 10 gigs in 4 days when i wasnt even home for 2 of those days. i notice a ton of customers with same complaints. and even when i get maxed out im still able to play a video if i keep the quality super low or let it buffer with nothing else running in background but now it wont load at all due network error. i just paid my bill never got my 10 gigs and i cant even watch a video online. im paying for over priced internet service that i cant even use.. you need to reflect on your polices and your technical shortcomings with data allowances and if you value your customers or not cuz by the looks of it youre going to be losing a lot of them. i want to see a detailed list of the data i used in the last few days. and i want proof that it was reset this cycle because i know it wasnt.

HI Lilu,  I'm sorry if your account has not been reset.  Please send your account information to and we'll make sure if it is an error, we'll correct it.  Have you tried to reboot your modem? That often resets it.
