My exes Service keeps connecting and diss connecting from the internet

Network connection will connect then diss connect every few minutes will not keep connecting for long then diss connect back and forth

The account owner will need to contact Exede by calling 855-463-9333 from the location of the modem so that they can troubleshoot the service.

What does http://192.168.100.1 show?  If you post a screenshot of that page, please make sure you have removed all personal account information first.  In particular, what do SNR and IFL show?  Are there any red or yellow marks anywhere on that page?  The cable between your modem and the tria on your dish might be too short, the cable itself might have gone bad or your dish might have gotten out of alignment..

As Bev stated, please call into Customer Care, they can troubleshoot with you.  

xode and the other champions can tell you quite a bit from the modem status page as well!

If you send us an email with your account info to ExedeListens@viasat.com, I can take a look, but won't be able to troubleshoot live.
