My Cousin and I net help with the new email program

My old emails and contact lists did not migrate to the new platform

Is this just a delay in the migration process or is there something else I have to do? My understanding was my old emails and contacts would migrate without any action.

Yea email contacts and calendar are suppose to move over. Did you get the notification email saying that your account has been moved?

This is a known issue tied our migration last night. This is a known issue and our engineers are currently fixing the issue. Once resolved your emails will show. It should be fixed in a few hours
