Moving Out of Service Area

Hi, I am going to start a new job in Europe in January and will need to terminate my contract early.

What verification does Exede require so that I will not be charged the Early Termination Fees? My cell phone provider kindly gave me a number options on how to proceed, and I choose to fax them confirmation of my job offer from my new employer. I assume Exede accepts something similar, but am not sure what it is. Can someone please let me know? It is much appreciated.

Hello Kevin,

In order for us to waive your Early Termination Fees we ask that you provide either an offer letter from your job, or some type of information validating your Europe address. Please fax your information to 720.228.2219. Once you have your information faxed please Call our Customer Care at 866.945.3258.

If you do not have access to fax you also have the option scan and email your documents to 
care.efax@viasat.com
