monthly internet connectivity interuption

there was no internet connection this morning this happens every month the when we run out of gb and switch to Liberty. I have been told over and over we should NEVER lose connection completely. I understand buffering and snail pacew internet, I do not understand completely losing internet connection. The reason it goes out is never discovered and never resolved because when we get new gb the problem goes away
please help

Hi Rebecca,   We can look into this for you.  Please send your account and contact information to exedelistens@viasat.com.  We need to look at the total data usage.  It may be just capacity or Liberty pass.
