Go back to the beginning and start from scratch.. stop charging internet data when nothing is even connected. Make a monthly charge actually worth it.. or charge less because your internet actually sucks.. I should have listened to my wife which I never do and just went for my phone hotspot data which can last me over a mounth and it's only 12GB. now I'm out like 70 a month for absolute crap. Worst internet provider and I'm stuck for the remainder of my time because I was dumb enough to sign. I hope y all call that conversation would make me laugh.

I have tried and the only response I have already got and will ever get is get more data. I just can't quite understand how 12GB wither it YouTube or anything can be used up in a day or two. 70 a mounth is not cheap.

YouTube HD, that's about 1 GB per hour. All of that auto loading HTML5 video sited are embedding these days is HD. Facebook, Twitter and most social media sites preload videos and images, more data hogged whether you want to see those videos and images or not.

Between operating system and device updates, those can eat 12 GB in a few hours if you let them and, you may or may not get a warning before they download those updates.

You have to be vigilant about disabling any and all automatic updates and, you need an ad and media blocker, like UBlock or UBlock Origin, you can search for those and find their sites as well as information about them. Using one of those is a huge data saver.
