Modem Receiving No Signal

Recently, my modem has been unable to receive a signal from the satellite. I waited for a few days, rebooted the modem, and it was finally able to obtain a signal (this was yesterday). However, today, the modem is once again unable to obtain a signal from the satellite.

The first light (power) is on, while the second light is blinking.

Is there an outage? How can this problem be fixed?

Hello Leonard

You'll need to either call us at 855-463-9333 (faster) or you can email us at exedelistens@viasat.com. We can look and see if we're seeing issues with your modem on our end and take appropriate actions

Unless it happens to be a tree that is leafing out now that it's spring. In which case either trim the tree yourself or, hire a tree trimming professional to do it for you.

That's usually my problem if my signal gets flaky this time of year - I bout a good set of pruners and, got really good at climbing ladders LOL.
