Modem issues

My wifi modem loses internet connection and ability of wireless devices to connect every, single, day. Sometimes the light remains blue, sometimes it turns to red. Upon reset it works fine for a few hours, then will have to be reset again. I'm tired of resetting my modem to connect every day.

It definitely shouldn't be cycling like that. Please call 855-463-9333 so we can take a look at your modem and try to fix this issue for you

I've also had to reset my wifi modem 3 times in the not quite 36 hours that I have had it.  Works awesome when it works (just switched from hughes).  When it doesn't, my light was still blue but both wifi and direct connected devices do not have internet.  Reboot fixes it.  Havn't had time to dive into troubleshooting.
