Modem/IFL Cable Status

My MODEM/IFL Cable Status page, GENERAL section,  has had everything completely zeroed out for 2 days. This has not affected my internet, which is working fine - shows I'm connected good at the bottom, etc. Any ideas as to what goes on?

Glenn, have you tried to reboot your modem by unplugging the power, waiting 1 to 2 minutes and then plugging it back in?  After that, you might need to reboot your wireless router.

Glenn,

I'm curious if this issue has returned for you? I've been noticing a similar problem where my IFL status has been dropping about every 48 hours or so.

I would guess that if this is a chronic issue there might be a grounding issue with the cabling or perhaps a hardware issue on the modem or TRIA. I just upgraded to the new 25 Mbps Liberty Plan and I'll be receiving a new modem; so I plan to wait and see if that makes a difference.

The odd thing is that when the IFL status drops, everything is still completely operation and my internet works just fine. i do know that my telemetry status is no longer active when this happens and I'm not sure if that would be an issue. Thoughts anyone?

Thanks,
Joshua

It has failed for short times, but only a few. It's never presented a problem doing the internet either. I'm just ignoring it.

Thanks for the response, I'll be sure to post here if something changes on my end but I'm just ignoring as well.
