Missing shipping label

You sent me a new modem because I bought the liberty 12 package. You did not send me a a shipping label so I can mail you the old modem. Can you PLEASE send me a shipping label?

It has been reported on here by mods if you upgrade a package and install the newer modem, you don't have to return the old one. So no return label needed :)

then why the heck are they still gougeing people $10 a month for the old modems? even after the 2 years are up.

Because you continue to lease the equipment being used whether that be the newer or older version - you simply don't have to return the older modem if replaced with the newer. On canceling you still have to return whatever equipment is being currently used or be charged for failure to return.

Your question is probably why pay a lease at all? As Jimmy McMillan might say, the lease is too damn high! You aren't that James are you???

VeteranSatUser is correct.  On upgrades to the wifi modem, we no longer require you to return the modem.  This is a change that took place less than a month ago!
