About 4:00 PM on October 5, 2018, the latency was so bad that Speedtest would not run. Then, about 4:20 PM on the same day, the latency was 599ms, upload was 4.20 MBps and download was 11.95 Mbps. Why are you throttling my internet. I am paying you the outrageous price of almost $170 per month for unlimited service. My contract says that my speeds "might" be throttled after 150 Gbps of usage in a month period. According to your figures, my current usage is less than 90 Gbps. What is your explanation so I can tell HughesNet when I talk to them? BTW, last time this happened, the fix your technician said was that "I was throttled after 75 Gbps in a single month. If you will read my contract which is online on your sight, I'm paying at a minimum for 150 Gbps.
