Lost a client today..

  Hey I'm not having the best day, try to contact customer service and there was no help on there end just generic answers. I have a business at home and I do a lot of conference web calls etc and today I lost a client due to service not working. Now I take responsibility because apparently my card on file did not work again, there is fraud protection on it and unless I authorize the payment it will not work. Well today all the bills where due and I paid them and did not realize this feature which is not exede fault its mine just venting. I had someone steal my identity and swipe my debt account number a little over a month ago which has caused me to pretty much start over.

 Pretty much I have also emailed all my information and screen shots of everything over to the email provided thanks, Again not exede fault its mine just frustrated they have been really cool about ever thing. I just need to wait till midnight to make the payment as it will reset but I need some service until midnight for my work thank you.

Got everything straight and I would like to thank customer service again it was not exede fault just a bad situation turn better thank you.
