Little or no Internet for 2 days.

I have had little or no Internet connectivity for thelast 2 days. I tried a Chat, but was only told to disconnect the modem which hadn't worked even before the chat. I was then given a number to call for technical support. Unfortunately I couldn't understand the "technician" because of excessive background noise from other "technicians" and because of an unintelligible accent owned by my "technician." I'm switching to Hughes Net!

People who live in rural areas near me have been discussing internet service available to us. Several have Hughesnet, and they say it is awful! I don't know what the answer is for us who live off the beaten track! I have Viasat and connectivity is a real problem. It is iffy at best!
