Trouble with bill

LIES!! Thats all I have heard since signing up with ecede!! what a mistake!! my bill is never right and I havent ever got all the data I signed up for..ths installer ripped me off and exede says I have to take it up with him...but they just keep takingmy money while he doesnt answer my phone calls!!

My name is Ruby Bowen my bill has raised almost 10 dollars each .months for the last two months. I would like to Know why? From 77.82 in Dec. 2015 to 88.12 in Jan 2016 to 98.12 in Feb 2016. I want to know if something can be done about this. Why this is ?
