Late Night Free Zone problems

Their pulling this [Crap] again!
1st they disconnect me at 1:42 A.M., then reconnect me back at 4:00 A.M. as usual.
Only this time they disconnect me again at 4:42 A.M.. This happened 3 times last year, and now (1/20/15) their doing it again!

Now I can say for certain, you can't blame this on the Router, or Weather. Always reconnects at 4:00 A.M..

I was OK from midnight to 3:30am, then I was disconnected from 3:30 until 6:30am. Now my internet is so painfully slow, I can't even log in to ebay or buy shipping labels.

Preventive and corrective server maintenance is typically scheduled during the wee hours so as to impact fewer subscribers. The only significant complaint I have is that scheduled maintenance is not announced in advance so that I may sleep in.

Have you checked to see if you're now able to browse to steam while dapped? If so you might want to thank the system engineer who probably rolled out of bed to go in and babysit a server install, verify everything was working, and make some adjustments and even possibly roll back the changes during the small window of opportunity he was given.

Update:
It reconnected back at 5:30 A.M.. So I continue my downloading since Free Zone usually ends at 6:30 A.M. - 7:00 A.M. (it's always switching), and I stop downloading at 6:00 A.M..

Now take a look at my screenshots, and look at the time at the bottom. [Remember, I started back downloading at 5:30 A.M., and stop at 6:00 A.M.] Then check my Data Meter at 6:30 A.M. (I removed personal data for security reasons of course!)

I wouldn't count on LNFZ "usually" extending beyond 5:00 AM (despite the fact that it does and no one seems to complain about that). Perhaps that was fixed, perhaps even entry to LNFZ has been fixed.

I do agree with mostly everyone however, that some reliable indication of LNFZ or EBFZ needs to be put in place to avoid situations just like this.

Hello bob, as stated above we do, do scheduled maintenance during the LNFZ. I can look into your services for you. During the LNFZ would be the best time to contact our Technical Support team so that they can look into the services for you. WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU ALL TRYING TO PULL!!
I wake up, and try to check my post, but I couldn't find it, because they change the Title of it! (Took 2 min. to actually find it.)

Then I try to check my Data Meter, and look at this [Crap] here!! (Refresh page 4 times)
the Meter is gone!! What's your excuse this time!

                                                       
Can someone else check, and see if you can see your Data Meter?

4 - 6 minutes after I post this the Meter comes back.
I guess you think this is funny, well it's not!!

Well it's 11:55 P.M. (1/20/15), and I'm trying to check my Data Meter.
But after I Log In, now the page says,

OOPS!
You no longer have access to MyExede. Please check back again or contact Customer Care [(855) 463-9333] if the problem persists.

I haven't even been able to set up my online account to check my data usage ~_~ 
and isn't lnfz supposed to be unthrottled even when your over your data limit, i'm still getting only .50mb of my usual 12mb

jesse, have you tried sending an email to the Exede moderators on this forum at exedelistens@viasat.com.  Include your account number or telephone number, since they cannot determine this from your profile. Do not put that information in this forum.

well for the online acount i called customer support and they told me they should have it fixed within 48 hours. i figured out by chance that instead of beginning at 12a.m. , like i was told,my lnfz starts around 6a.m. which would explain all 20gigs of my data being used up so soon. thanks anyways for the advice

Hello jesse, besides our Evolution and Freedom plan, all LNFZ start at midnight. Slow speeds during these hours can be due to a few things. If you experience these speeds again, please make sure to give us a call asap so we can take a look. Our diagnostics systems are set up differently during these hours so that any issues that may pop up can be addressed. As far as your usage goes, if you can send me your info to exedelistens@viasat.com, I can take a look at your traffic with you to see where it's being used so quickly.
