Kudos to Paul out of Bossier City, LA. He had to come replace my dish after a tree fell on it. He did that today. First he is based in a town 90 miles from me, second he was on another install 2 hours from me, in the other direction.
He had minor problems that took extra time on that one and, called me twice to inform me of the delay and, the reason for it. I appreciated that.
Once he got here, it was raining but, he got my new dish up and aimed despite the rain and, with better signal than I had before on clear days.
He was efficient, friendly and, respectful. He was dressed neatly and, had a nice looking truck. Very professional. I will call him if I need service again.
Far better than the two previous installers I have dealt with. Thank you Paul, Excede needs more like you.
