I want both ethernet and wifi available. Had trouble with ethernet, got that set up, then had to reset wifi. internet is fine now, but still just busy signal. Should I reactivate the voice again?

Off hand and until a moderator weighs in (or someone who's gone through the modem upgrade), it would appear that the voice service is tied to the modem's MAC address and would require reactivation/provisioning. See:

Hi Shelly

If you're still having this issue, please call us at 855-463-9333. Chances are like Old Labs suggested is that since this modem got upgraded we may need to send a very quick signal to your ATA (box for the phone) to get you back up and operational. Sounds like some sort of provisioning issue occurred, which sometimes happens when changing equipment
