Just cancelled my service.  Hope they don't charge my card again on the 28th.  We will see.

Did you cancel before the contractually agreed upon minimum months had passed?

You can expect a prorated charge for days beyond the last billing cycle.

HI radbus,  Based on the date you disconnected you may have additional charges. Here is the disclosure regarding this, that were read to you when you disconnected.  If you were still in  the contrcat, you may also have early termination fees.

"ViaSat may charge your payment method on file for any unpaid charges incurred during your current monthly billing cycle."
"Failure to return the equipment will result in a fee of up to $300.00, not including taxes, charged to your payment method on file." ...
within 30 calendar days after disconnecting today."

If you have any additional questions, please send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your account and contact information and we can look at your account

I was well out of the contract, and as soon as I get the box from Exede, you will have your equipment back.  I sure as hell don't want it....  So there should be NO charges.....  We will see....  :(

I pay all my bills, as you I’m sure. But I just couldn’t pay Exede any more. Even my easy going wife Evie would say; “Bob, just stop payment! I haven’t been able to get anything on our WiFi after 6pm.” (And honestly, it was robbery). Equipment and set up fine. We’d get 4-8 Mbps in the day ( when typically there was nobody there), then later, in the evening, when the traffic went up, it would quickly die, down to maybe. 012 Mbps. Couldn’t execute one link. Truly robbery. And I have to believe they’re aware of their lack bandwidth with heavy traffic. It’s just disgraceful.

Good luck Brian. I can commiserate with you.
