Why is it I can not get ahold of a management person that is able to get the situation I have taken care of. I have spoke to several people that say a complaint has been filed and that someone will contact me within a week. well that has been four weeks. I receive a letter saying that my card has denied the payment and please contact them so my service is not interrupted. I contact them and they say they can't do anything for me that I need to contact corporate. I have tried to fine an email to corporate and have not been successful. I hop that I get a response from this posting. Someone please help me, i am not getting what i was told that i would get. then I can't cancel because I would still have to pay. What a joke.
