Elise, that's very odd! Please send us an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your phone or account number and we'll see what we can figure out.

My best guess is your email account has been compromised.  This is even more likely if you used the same password for your email that you have used on other sites.  The sheer number of sites that have had their entire password databases stolen is staggering.  It is entirely possible Ms. Jennie Wong decided to borrow your account to send out some SPAM.  It is also possible something is just confused on the email server.  Either way, send an email to the address Alex gave you and he should be able to sort it out.

You may want to consider changing your password for your email in the meantime.  Additionally check the settings for any rules or signatures on your email account to see if that is where the text is getting added to every message.

I have not used the new email system yet, but if I had to guess, then you will find the text is set via a rule or signature that is added to each message.

Thank you!  It was changed on the Signature and Accounts options.  Now I have to figure out how to change the password.
