Where to send complaint?

I would like to know where I can send a complaint about this wild blue. We have been getting the run around for over a month relly wneed to get this fixed.They owe me 320$ if it was me owing it it would have beed addressed already. I do not want to talk to any person who answers for they seem to be the issue say they do something and DO NOT. I will never have anyone get this widblue again, You are the worst company ever

I am really upset with the service I have received from viasat. My services were installed 5 days ago. I was told my son would be able to play games online, I need the services for my job, I also informed them we do a lot of online streaming i.e. netflix, hulu, etc. We first I am at jeopardy of losing my job. Second, my son cannot play games online, thirdly the service sucks. It moves slow. There is a lag in the delivery time, We cannot all stream at the same time. I have been complaining since before my install date regarding customer service. Today 5 days after install I called into customer service and I was informed I am responsible for an early termination fee. I will be reporting them to BBB. What happened to customer guarantee? Well I can guarantee you this service SUCKS.

Loretta, whoever told you that Viasat was good for gaming and "a lot" of online streaming was either mistaken or lying.

There is no customer guarantee with Viasat. The signal lag is the nature of the beast because the satellite is 22,000 miles above the Earth and will run about 3/4 of a second. If someone told you most gaming would work ok that was a lie to make a sale. Also everyone who signs up for Viasat must sign a 2 year contract that costs $15 a month for each remaining month to terminate.
