Sandy, if you have been using any Wildblue/Exede email accounts, be sure that you have saved your emails in a third party email client, Outlook, Thunderbird, etc., before you cancel your Exede service, since your Wildblue/Exede  email account will be closed immediately and no longer accessible.

Remember, when you cancel services you have to wait and return the Modem and Tria and final bill will not be totaled until they verify receipt of that equipment.

Your final bill will then include $15,00/month early  termination fees for remaining months of two year contract unless you've had the service for 2 years or more...
