Issue with customer service

Was promised a credit for days without service, while waiting on service people to come out and correct. It took two weeks for them to come out, when I called back to get credit, was offered $20.00, FOR TWO WEEKS, I pay $127.09 per month, when I told him that $20.00 was insulting, considering what I pay them, then was refused to get any credit for the time of no service.

I guess the lesson there is take the credit they offer and then complain after...

Have too jump in here. theres four weeks in a month They pay $127.09 for a month. There system was down for two weeks They offer $20.00 for the two weeks Come onWhen your payment is due better have the money. $20.00 for two weeks Like a kick in the rear
