Cost has gone up with out having been in formed.  We did start with lower GB and we have gone to 25GM but still need more data. I am happy with internet since we are in a rural area.  What I have issue with is if I was new to exede I could have 30GB and half the cost of what I pay now.  WHY to keep customers inform them or better yet MAKE the change for them.  Now I have found a network funded in part by Fed $ for unlimited data at same speed for a third the cost and NO contract.  I would have stayed with Exede if they would have made the change they have for new customers.

Harry, sorry for the confusion on this. We definitely do not change you to different packages without your permission, your bill may be different due to the Annual Property Tax Recovery Fee, which is only once per year.

We also do not have anything available to new customers that is not also available to you. If you'd like for me to check what is available for you, I'd be happy to. It sounds like you may have already disconnected, and if so, we're certainly sorry to see you go.

Clarification: There may be packages available for new customers that are not  available to Harry due to where he lives.
