I got the same thing, a no reply email address and threatening to terminate my email if I didn't respond. I didn't, I think it's a fraud.

I also have received this email yesterday. Today I got a different email from "wildblue administration" wanting to confirm an attempt to log in from another computer. Is this also a sham or is the second one legit?

did either of you guys call in stating an error with your email? we've had a few tech agents that would remotely log in but would do so with your credentials. Golden rule of the internet is if you're not sure; don't open it. The email update is all automatic and you would not be solicited by us to update your email. You'll only have your email deleted if you cancel service with us.

Teri, your second email is just saying you checked your email from a different device than what you set up on.

I had not contacted any tech person.  I use my laptop and home computer both M-F with emails.  So why would I now get an email addressing this?
Now today I get an email indicating my payment has been denied.  My credit card is current with plenty of available credit.   I don't understand and am suspicious this email today could be a scam.

I got the same email today and it is certainly a scam. When I clicked to view it as a webpage the address read something like nederveencosmetics.nl.

Most likely they are all scams...case and point I had to send out an email company wide today warning of a phishing email that was showing up in a few users inbox that was getting past our spam filter at work.

We did identify a few phishing email attempts and we had the new mail server flag them as spam. Exede will never ask you for your payment information or account information via email. You can always call us if you believe you got a spam email claiming to be us as well.
