The title is pretty self explanatory. I need to wait until I don't have a connection again before I call them about it, and for the most part I can pretty much plan when my connection is going to go out again. Someone on the chat feature gave me an idea of the best time of day to contact customer service so that's good. Obviously weekends would probably be pretty busy, but what about the rest of the week? Anybody know if some days are better than others? I've never had to deal with customer service before. Thanks for your time.
