iPad won't work after service upgrade

our internet is very slow too and the entire months usage is gone in two weeks, they send us letters asking if we would like to upgrade? No thank you, I read what someone had written about their upgrade, there were so many hidden fees in the "upgrade" that the person said he was never told about.



Then I have my electronics that I can NOT get e mail on with Wildblue even though they tell me that I should be able to, they tell me to call Verizon and Apple ~ ahhh ~~ no!!! the I pad did work in the past, have had trouble since your upgrade, then when I do get the I pad e mail to work, It only works for a few days then sends me a message that I have the wrong e mail and password!! Really? We have one e mail and one password. and if it works here and there why does it not always work, and NO I don't mess with he settings, why would I when it is working part of the time, why would the settings change. Sick of wildblue!!
