If you're already an Exede Internet customer, you can just call Customer Care at 855-463-9333 to get going with Exede Voice.

Tim, in order for one to get started with the Voice service, we would need you to contact us via phone. Reason being, there's a process we have to go through with several disclosures to provide to ensure your understanding to order the service. If and when you get a chance, you can call us from anywhere to speak to us to order the Exede Voice. When you're able, just give us a call at 855-463-9333 (855-GoExede.) Thanks.

Oder exede voice last Wednesday. Have not received box. My phone has been cuts off. When will I get my box. You said within three days. Did not happe.

What does this Voice service do with our Bandwidth Allowance?

It does not use any of your monthly Data allowance...that's what makes it even better! It's completely separate. There is no data associated with Voice as it just connects to your Exede Internet to receive a connection. Your monthly Data allowance is used for the Internet service itself. Thanks for asking.

BTW: The amount of bandwidth a VoIP phone uses can vary, but we estimate 1,000 minutes would consume about 1.5 GB. Just something Exede Voice customers don't have to worry about.

what to do if my account number given to me by customer service doesn't work for activation.  everything is hooked up.  spent over an hour and a half outside in the cold on a cell phone talking to 3 diff reps at level 1, 1 rep at level 2 and level 3 never answered after 35 minutes.  i am ready to send for a call tag.  this cannot be that difficult.  i tear down and rebuild electronics.  i am not challenged in this area.  why doesn't the activation screen recognize any of the 3 account numbers tried by the reps and since they cannot figure it out, why can't they just activate it???
