Raul,   I'm sorry you feel that way about us. We're here to help. What seems to be the problem?  Please send an email with your account and contact information. We'll look at your account and assist you with your internet issues.

Hi Diana I called exede for assistance with my problem and very polite they put me on hold for 2 hours what makes you think I won't use "profanity" not even, all I said was suck a big one for putting me on hold for 2 hours and never answered back to their call with all the respect I mean it suck a big one thanks for your  service they sending a technician on Wednesday I don't know for what there is no troubleshoot is just SLOW like all the representative you have...if you want to know more about my problem delete this message thanks....I'm so pissed the big guy is going to hear it exede is a fossil in my eyes

Raul, I could have given you a heads up. I have been dealing with them for months, and get treated like a third world citizen, and trust and believe me, it is never their fault. I have been patient and considerate. I have been told everything from, storms, to satellite issues to faulty equipment to my phone and laptop being the issue. Data packages on any level is a rip off. They should have one charge and have unlimited internet like everyone else in internet with exception of satellite which is one of the biggest customer service scams in the world. All I can say is document everything, record conversations and hold their feet to the fire. GOOD LUCK!!

I have on more than one occasion used profanity due to extreme neglect to the customer....IT IS PATHETIC!!!   "Oh, we have to escalate your problem to the next level", and you never fricking here back.  You have to call over and over and over........................ Yes, I am also documenting all these problems as well as mine that go back to last year.  EXEDE/VIASTAT internet has been a total nightmare and they need to be reported for extremely poor business practice.  I am so sorry for everyone who has gone through the waiting on hold, the representatives telling you it is "ALL YOUR FAULT!"

Exede instantly sends a "IT IS YOUR FAULT" email, and how they are going to offer other usage plans in 2017.  I had MASSIVE USAGE Nov. 1st to Nov 7 2016, and what a nightmare they put you through.  I have been with them 3 years, and nothing but poor customer service, no follow through, and extremely poor business practices.  They are playing around with usage and .... (not supporting their existing customers) and they just proved to me and many others how bad they really SUCK.  They will eventually be reported and let the BIGGER GUY watch their business practices, similar to how they watch our usage...............then they can see what it feels like for us.

Raul, please refrain from using profanity.  Your opinions are welcome.  I'm sorry you were on hold for a prolonged period of time. I understand your frustrations and we would love of offer an unlimited plan but, at this time, we do not have the capacity to do so.  There will be changes in our data plans in 2017 when we launch our new satellite.

IF they ever do offer a unlimited plan, no one could afford it at the low cost of $700+ a month lol

Well, I am new to Exede and promptly found that their internet is not as fast as they say.  I am paying for 25 mbps and get slow 5 to 10.  Their Customer service told me its because too many people are logged in.  Amazing.  Am paying for something am not getting.
