My modem went offline about 2 hours ago, rebooted, blinking white light (No connection to host)
Still on Hold!

Been on hold for 32 min while doing other things. . Having same issue as everybody, on my second reboot try. Has anyone talked to them yet?

Me too. And of course this always seems to happen during the unlimited time when I have things to download. Very frustrating.

Just pasted 126 mins on hold, what BS!
I can live with 1~2 meg slow downs, but no service!!!??!!

90 minutes on hold; put family to bed; 60 more minutes on hold; sent email and heading to bed. Same issues described above.

I've been on hold for 1 hour 45 minutes. I honestly think when things like this happen that ViaSat just puts the calls into a loop and they don't intend to answer. Frankly I'm upset that customer service is so shoddy, they insist on deducting my monthly payment BEFORE I even see the bill, well I think I should get better service for this.

Service is garbage my phone gives better Internet then exede. Been dealing with it for a year, and the only reason for that is I'm held at gun point (metaphysically) with their BS disconnect fees over 200 dollars roughly. If i were anyobe else not in a contract cancel fast. Not worth the stress.

Hello All, VaiSat experienced a network outage last evening which affected your ability to connect to theinternet.  It has been resolved and  we hope you were not inconvenienced tolong.  Please accept oursincere apologies.  

I would also like to apologize for our long wait time last evening but it was an unusual event with impact to several customers and overloaded our call centers. This caused a long wait time.

If you would just post that you are aware of the outage and how long it might last, it might curtail some of the calls to your call center.

That would be SO helpful         something simple we can access via our phones    up or down  and locations     so easy    SO HELPFUL

Perhaps it would be good to have a policy stating "if an incident hits 30 minutes long, exede posts on the customer support page that you are aware of the incident." Keeping everyone in the dark tends to cause large amounts of frustration. $0.02

I could access via my phone           and when i'm at work or even call a friend or family  and have that be MUCH faster than on hold     and still get no info
