internet out for 6 days

My internet has not worked in 6 days.....I have the top light solid and the second light is blinking....the last 2 are doing nothing. I hear its a weather issue....no weather issue for this long.....how can I get this resolved?

The first thing to do would be to unplug the modem from the house power plug, wait about one minute, then plug it back in and see if it connects to the internet. It takes a minute or two to reboot.

If that doesn't help, send an email to viasatlistens@viasat.com

If your modem is still showing the same lights after the reboot suggested above, there's not much we can do for you via email.  The lights indicate loss of connection to the satellite.  You'll need a tech to come out most likely. 

Call Customer Care at 855-463-9333, rather than emailing us.  They'll get a service call built for you!
